This event will focus specifically on how accounting information is processed and used by investors, making it a timely opportunity for researchers working in financial reporting, capital markets, and investor decision-making.

Special Issue of Accounting History Review
Theme: Historical Perspectives on Agriculture and Accounting
Co-Editors: Sebastian Hoffmann, IESEG School of Management, and Michela Magliacani, University of Palermo
This Special Issue invites historical and interdisciplinary research exploring the relationship between agriculture and accounting, including accounting’s role in agricultural activities, rural communities, natural resources, agricultural finance, and the social, political and economic development of rural environments.
The editors particularly welcome research from underexplored contexts, including Africa, Asia, Latin America and Oceania, as well as comparative cross-country and cross-context studies.
